At The UGG Shop, we want you to love your new footwear; however, if you are not completely satisfied, we offer a 30-day return policy for items in original, unworn condition. Please ensure all tags are attached and the original packaging is intact to qualify for a full refund or exchange.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

• 2.
  Pack Your Items

  Carefully place your unworn UGG products back into their original shoebox and secure them in a durable shipping mailer or box.

• 3.
  Attach the Label

  Download and print your prepaid shipping label from the portal, then affix it clearly to the outside of your package, covering any old labels.

• 4.
  Ship and Track

  Drop off your package at any authorized courier location and keep your tracking receipt; your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days of arrival.
